From Catania's Fontana Rossa Airport, Taormina is easily accessible by bus, car (rental available at the airport) or taxi.
Interbus buses depart every 15 minutes during the summer and every 30 or 60 minutes during the low season (travel time 90 minutes).
For those who decide to hire a car, the journey time is approximately 1 hour.
From Catania or Fontanarossa Airport, take the A18 motorway towards Messina and exit at Taormina. Once you arrive in the centre in front of the Porta Messina arch, turn right and after a short climb, turn right again into Arco dei Capuccini and continue along Via Fontana Vecchia until you reach Via Atenasio no. 5.
Parking spaces in Taormina are very limited and reserved for residents. Taormina In Light Suites offers a convenient parking service.
Depending on your needs, we can arrange a private car with driver to/from any other destination in Sicily.
