The booking becomes binding for Taormina In Light Suites only upon receipt of a copy of the receipt for payment of the deposit or the credit card details on which to make the authorised withdrawal.

At this point, Taormina In Light Suites will send the customer a confirmation email or a summary voucher to be presented at check-in.
Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the details in the confirmation and to notify us of any discrepancies as soon as possible.
Notification must be received no later than 4 days after receipt of the confirmation. After this period, we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person, including minors.
Booking changes
To make changes to your booking, please contact the property, which will do its utmost to accommodate your request.
However, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.
If your booking is moved to a period when the price is higher than the amount paid, you will be required to pay the difference.

General Conditions
The following are required:

For holiday periods or events:
the payment of a deposit no later than 3 days from the date of confirmation of the booking. The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay for up to 4 nights, while for longer stays it is equal to 50% of the total cost.
If this information or the deposit is not received by the specified dates, the booking will be cancelled. The same applies to the balance. If the balance is not paid, the booking will be cancelled.
As provided for in Article 1385 of the Civil Code, the deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or no-show, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Send a copy of the transfer receipt by email to: taormina.inlight@gmail.com indicating the date of your booking, your telephone number and email address, and you will receive confirmation.
Advance payment, ‘Non-refundable’
If this special rate is booked, the full amount will be charged to your credit card or requested by bank transfer at the time of booking.
The full amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tourist Tax
The tax for this accommodation is €3.00 per person per night, payable in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
All booking cancellations must be communicated in writing.
For cancellation conditions, please refer to your booking confirmation.
No charge will be made for cancellations or changes made up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations or changes made after this deadline, the cost of the stay for each suite cancelled will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee for stays of up to 4 nights, while for longer stays, 50% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
This cancellation policy does not apply to non-refundable discounted rates.
Cancellations for holiday periods or events will be accepted up to 10 days prior to the check-in date.
Taormina In Light Suites reserves the right to charge the total amount due in the event of cancellations after this period.
